    • Any extra activities or excursions not mentioned in the itinerary.

    • Costs due to unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, political unrest, etc.).

    • Police NOC letter from the local police.
    • Completed application form.
    • Voter ID/Aadhar card copy for all passengers.
    • Passport-size photographs for all passengers.

  • High-peak season surcharges apply from 15th Dec to 15th Jan.

  • Less than 10 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

  • Refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges as per the policy.

Payment Policy

  • 50% advance at the time of booking.
  • Remaining balance to be paid 7 days before departure.
