  1. Best Time to Visit:

    • October to May is the ideal period for visiting the Andaman Islands for pleasant weather and water activities.

  2. Clothing & Essentials:

    • Carry light cotton clothes, swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, and comfortable footwear.
    • Pack rain gear if traveling during the monsoon season (June–September).

  3. Connectivity:

    • Internet connectivity is limited in certain areas of the Andaman Islands.
    • Mobile network coverage is best with BSNL, Airtel, and Vodafone.

  4. Permits:

    • Indian nationals do not require special permits. Foreign nationals should check specific regulations for restricted area permits (RAP).

  5. Health & Safety:

    • Always follow local guidelines for activities like snorkeling or scuba diving.
    • Carry essential medications and a basic first aid kit.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 25% of the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 50% of the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, 100% of the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

Refund Policy

  • The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
  • All applicable refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking (e.g., bank transfer, UPI etc.).

Payment Policy

  • Normal Period:
    • 30+ days: 25% of total cost.
    • 16–29 days: 50% of total cost.
    • <15 days: 100% of total cost.
  • Peak Period (15 Oct–15 Nov, 20 Dec–10 Jan):
    • Booking confirmation: 50%.
    • Full payment within 5–7 days of confirmation.
