- No credit card or ATM facilities are available at Havelock, Neil Island, or other remote areas.

- 19–10 days before start: 50% of the total tour cost.
- 9–6 days before start: 75% of the total tour cost.
- 5–0 days or no-show: 100% of the total tour cost.
Peak Period (20 Oct–15 Nov, 15 Dec–15 Jan):
- 45–30 days before start: 50% of the total tour cost.
- 29–10 days before start: 75% of the total tour cost.
- 9–0 days or no-show: 100% of the total tour cost.
Refund Policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
- All applicable refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking (e.g., bank transfer, UPI etc.).
